Melanie Payne

With 30 years experience in Market Research Mel has spent years learning and developing her skills in all aspects of research including consultancy, design, questionnaire design (from depth interviews, in the field, CATI & CAPI) and project management through to reporting and bespoke analysis. Mel loves to walk, photography and star gazing which are very easy to do in such an inspiring place as Torbay; the expansive
skies and micro climate lend itself to exploring all year round.

James Williams

James became a Director at Oscar in 1999 following a number of years as heading up Public Sector Research. Working closely with a wide range of corporate and public sector clients he has extensive experience of business as well as the Political and Management structure of the UK Government and Public Services. He also participated in and contributed to the Cabinet Office Open Data Project. His favourite pastimes – when permitted by a young family – include Sailing, Golf and Reading.

Richard Cunliffe

Richard has been working in the research, media and data world for over 20 years, latterly for the past 5 years plying his talents for Oscar. His experience in sourcing data samples, data analysis, customer service and generally creating bespoke data and knowledge solutions for clients is the stuff of legend. He is a music aficionado, complimenting stints both on stage, behind the decks and through the radio waves. As well as spending time with his family, and not creating music, he also enjoys Golf and a good political debate.

Adam Parker

Following a degree in Business Management and Marketing, Adam has 14 years of background in data, research and media, including 10 years here at Oscar focusing on delivering customer data and intelligence solutions. He has worked on many projects for Blue Chips, Corporates and Public Sector organisations, focusing on project management with a strong inclination towards client engagement, retention and new business. Adam loves nothing more than Computers and Cars.
